Discovering more about Marseille

The Old city of Marseille.

Yesterday we discovered the old Marseille, the first quarter from which grew the city now.
Made of stairs, narrow streets and ancient houses, the old quartie is still today the heart of the city.
Marseille is a really beautiful city, the feeling is that you do not feel in France (French do not love this city sometimes they denigrate it because of the very multi-cultural side) but in a city where the mix of cultures exceeds that of the old French population .
The souvenirs are: soap declined in all possible colors and scents of the world and the crickets (I have a phobia of anything that might resemble a cockroach) then you will understand very well that I did not make many purchases.
I was hoping deep in the famous LaFayette department stores, but once inside, I asked about
Alexander McQueen corner and the clerk did not even know the existence of this brand. Imagine there's much I was disappointed. The only sore point of the city is to not have a nice shopping street with luxury stores like in all major cities and tourist cruise destinations of the world .

STAY SYRIOUSLY TUNED.
